一、鋒裕基金系列B級別基金調降分銷費，自107.1.1起由每年最高1.5%調降為每年1.0%。
二、基金管理機構Pioneer Asset Management S.A.與Amundi Luxembourg S.A.合併並更名為Amundi Luxembourg S.A.，生效日為107.1.1。
